How Coaching Works
Once you join, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can learn about your training history, injuries, schedule, goals, and what equipment you have access to.
From there, I build your first training phase and calculate your nutrition targets based on your specific needs.
Your program updates every week as you progress.
Check-In Structure
You’ll check in with me once per week with updates on:
• Training performance
• Nutrition adherence
• Energy, sleep, recovery
• Progress photos (optional)
• Wins, struggles, and questions
I’ll send back detailed feedback, adjustments, and action steps so you always know exactly what to focus on.
Communication + Support
You’ll have direct message access to me throughout the week for:
• Form checks
• Questions about exercises
• Nutrition guidance
• Adjustments if your schedule changes
• Extra accountability when you need it
I respond daily (within 24 hours).

Your only job is to show up, communicate, and follow the plan we build together.
