Online Coaching (Training + Nutrition)
This is not a generic program or a grocery list.
This is personalized coaching built around your body, your goals, and your life — delivered through the Brooks Strength Coaching App (Trainerize).
Once you sign up, here’s exactly how it works:
You’ll receive a welcome message I will get you set up in the Brooks Strength Coaching App (Trainerize)
You’ll complete a short intake so I understand your goals, schedule, and starting point
We’ll have a 1-on-1 call within 24 hours to map out your plan and timeline
Your custom training and nutrition plan will be built and loaded into your app
You’ll start your first week with clear workouts, targets, and structure
Everything lives in one place so nothing is confusing or scattered.
How Check-Ins Work:
You’ll check in with me daily (multiple times/day) inside the app. We track:
Training performance
Nutritional Guidance
Energy, sleep, and recovery
Progress photos (optional)
Wins, struggles, and questions
Your plan is adjusted weekly based on your results.
Coaching Support:
You’ll have direct message access to me inside the app for:
Form checks
Exercise questions
Nutrition guidance
Schedule changes
Extra accountability when motivation dips
I respond within 24 hours so you’re never stuck wondering what to do next.
What I Expect From You
I don’t expect perfection — just honesty and effort.
Your job is simple:
Follow the plan
Log your workouts
Track your nutrition
Communicate when something feels off
If you do that, I’ll handle the rest.

Your progress is tracked inside the app so you can see your transformation in real time.
This membership includes personalized training, habit-focused coaching, and ongoing accountability to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency. This is a recurring monthly subscription with a minimum 3-month commitment. By enrolling, you agree to remain active for the first 3 months. Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the initial 3-month commitment are not permitted. After the initial commitment period, the subscription may be canceled at any time.
Enrollment requires agreement to the BrooksStrength Coaching Commitment Agreement, provided after checkout.
