2. I’m completely out of shape — is this still for me?

Absolutely. Whether you're a beginner or starting over, I meet you where you are. We’ll build your confidence and strength step by step, with no pressure and zero judgment. You don’t need to be “fit” to start — starting is how you get fit.

3. How fast will I see results?

Everyone’s body responds differently, but most clients start noticing physical and mental changes within 4–6 weeks when staying consistent. My coaching focuses on long-term success, not quick fixes — so results stick.

4. Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Nope. If you don’t have access to a gym, I’ll design a plan using whatever you have — even if that’s just your bodyweight. If you do go to a gym, I’ll create a plan based on the equipment there. You’ll never be stuck guessing what to do.
